The e-Insurer is a fully customized and personalized Web-enabled environment where insurers can maintain all underwriting and actuarial files in secure, state-of-the-art directories or collections. Each customized and privately branded e-Insurer environment can be linked directly into any web-based exchange or proprietary system, allowing insurers complete flexibility when working with insureds and brokers seeking to obtain coverage or process claims. Appropriate documents and data can be transferred into TheRiskExchange or for that matter, any other Web-based exchange or proprietary broker enterprise data system of the insurers' choosing.

The e-Insurer provides Insurers with:
- direct access into the global insurance and claims market through B2 TeCS' full range of insurance and claims products and services;
- a customized and branded environment for insurers with links into TheRiskExchange and any other distribution channels that insurers wish to offer their customers; and
- a portal environment that can be made available to brokers and insureds to facilitate efficient insurance procurement, renewals, and policy issuance.
