The e-Broker is a fully customized and personalized Web-enabled environment where insurance brokers can maintain all insurance policy and related claims files in secure, state-of-the-art directories or collections. Each customized and privately branded e-Broker environment can be linked directly into any web-based exchange or proprietary system, allowing risk brokers complete flexibility when processing coverage or handling claims. Appropriate documents and data can be transferred into TheRiskExchange, for that matter, any other Web-based exchange or proprietary insurer enterprise data systems of the brokers' choosing.

The e-Broker provides Brokers with:
- direct access into the global insurance and claims market through B2 TeCS' full range of insurance and claims products and services;
- a customized and branded environment for brokers with links into TheRiskExchange and any other distribution channels that brokers wish to offer their customers; and
- a portal environment that can be made available to clients and insurers to facilitate efficient insurance procurement, renewal, and policy issuance.
